Biting satire of capitalism, racism and power in America and an important work of independent filmmaking and the counter-culture. The only black executive at a Madison Avenue advertising firm unexpectedly becomes the chairman after a number of his colleagues 'waste' a vote on him not thinking anyone else would select him. He begins replacing the staff with young revolutionaries.
